We only process the data required to execute Discord slash commands. There is no persistent storage, tracking, or monetization of user information.
UpperCase Bot does not log personal data, message bodies, or server configurations. Slash command payloads are processed in real time and discarded as soon as Discord receives the response.
The transient data described above is used exclusively to validate permissions, generate uppercase channel names and apply them to your server. We never reuse or repurpose that data outside of the ongoing interaction.
UpperCase Bot operates entirely within Discord’s infrastructure. You remain subject to Discord’s Privacy Policy and Terms of Service. No other external services receive your data.
The production bot is hosted on hardened infrastructure with automatic security updates. Access is restricted to the maintainer (Nevylish) via MFA.
Because no personal information is stored, there is nothing to export or delete. You can revoke access instantly by removing the bot from your server. For questions, contact bonjour@nevylish.fr.
Updates to this document become effective immediately upon publication. Major changes are instead announced via a banner on this website and in the bot’s description.
