Terms of Service

These terms explain what you can expect from UpperCase Bot and the responsibilities you accept when inviting it to your Discord server.

1. Acceptable use

You agree to follow Discord’s Community Guidelines and Terms while using the bot. Do not use UpperCase Bot for harassment, discrimination, spam, or any illegal purpose.

  • No automated scraping or reselling of the service.
  • No attempts to reverse engineer, exploit, or impair the bot.
  • Respect rate limits and API boundaries.

2. Privacy alignment

The bot follows the privacy commitments outlined in the Privacy Policy. By using the service you acknowledge that we do not store personal data and that Discord’s own policies apply to your account.

3. Server owner responsibility

You are responsible for granting the correct permissions, making moderation decisions, and ensuring that invited users comply with your server rules. Removing the bot immediately revokes its access.

4. Service level & warranty

UpperCase Bot is provided “as is.” We strive for 99%+ uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted service, error-free behavior, or compatibility with unofficial Discord clients.

5. Limitation of liability

Nevylish shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use or inability to use the bot. Your sole remedy is to stop using the service.

6. Changes to the service

Features may change, be deprecated, or be removed without notice. When terms are updated, the revision date above will change and the new version will apply immediately.

7. Intellectual property

UpperCase Bot, its branding, assets, and source code are protected intellectual property. You may reference and link to the project but may not misrepresent authorship or remove copyright notices.
